About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teacher to join our dynamic team at our Primary School in Tower Hamlets. As a SEMH Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Support students in developing essential life skills, including social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
