We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEMH Teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive community at our Exceptional Primary School in Tower Hamlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
