Job Title: Project Sales Engineer - LED Lighting Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Engineer - LED Lighting Specialist to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Project Sales Engineer - LED Lighting Specialist, you will be responsible for selling a range of LED lighting products to electrical contractors and electricians.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Field Sales: You will be working in the field, selling LED lighting products to electrical contractors and electricians.
  2. Lighting Project-Based Sales: You will be responsible for selling lighting projects from £5,000-£500,000.
  3. Back-Selling: You will be working with our established CEF electrical wholesale dealer network to back-sell LED lighting products.
  4. Survey Site Installations: You will be required to survey site installations where necessary.
  5. Support for CEF Branches: You will be providing support for our CEF branches on lighting project enquiries.
  6. Identify Opportunities: You will be identifying opportunities by working with our CEF branch network.

Requirements:

  1. Electrical Field Sales Background: You will need to have an electrical field sales background, with a preference for lighting sales.
  2. Sold to Electrical Contractors/Electricians: You must have sold to electrical contractors and electricians in the past.
  3. Experience of Managing Lighting Projects: You will need to have experience of managing small to large lighting projects through survey, design, tender and sales stages.
  4. Local Electrical Contractor Knowledge: Ideally, you will have local electrical contractor knowledge on your patch.
  5. CRM and Microsoft 365 Software: You will need to be familiar with CRM and Microsoft 365 software.
  6. Full Driving Licence: You will need to have a full driving licence.
