Job Title: MTS Chemist
Job Summary:
Tradebe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Technical Services (MTS) Chemist to join our team. As an MTS Chemist, you will be responsible for the organization and coordination of hazardous waste collections from customer facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate hazardous waste collections from customer facilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Perform technical assessments, segregation, labeling, and packing of waste
- Compile and maintain lists of hazardous waste requiring collection and disposal
- Operate material handling equipment and safely drive company vehicles
- Conduct risk assessments at customer sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly vehicle
- Assist in promoting growth of the MTS business in the region
Requirements:
- Minimum HNC level in Chemistry
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
- Good general health and physical fitness
- Holder of a EU driving license for at least two years
- ADR license for packages (training provided if required)
- Forklift Truck certification (training provided if required)
- First Aid vocational training (training provided if required)
