Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Finance to join our team at Think Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and direction of the business, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and managing the financial planning and analysis function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business growth and expansion.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the management team and board of directors.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Financial Systems: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a wholesale and distribution business.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
