Sales and Business Development Representative

Job Title: Member and Customer Development Executive

Location: Remote (Flexible Working Arrangements)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week - 9:00 till 17:00 with an hour for lunch
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team at Smart 10 Ltd as a Member and Customer Development Executive. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to secure a career in sales and business development, and is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively engage with potential and existing customers to identify their needs and present them with suitable products and services.
- Work towards weekly and monthly targets to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
- Provide a positive onboarding experience for new members and customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with our company.
- Review new applications and assess customer eligibility for memberships, ensuring that our products and services are being offered to the right customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
