About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Principal Analytical Scientist to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our analytical team, you will be responsible for leading projects and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage customer projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring high-quality results and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Method Development and Validation: Develop and validate analytical methods, incorporating industry advancements to meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Troubleshooting and Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot issues and apply digital tools to improve efficiency and process understanding.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead team safety practices, foster a culture of continuous learning, and mentor junior colleagues to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in Chemistry (PhD preferred) and proven experience in analytical science, particularly in pharmaceuticals or chemical industries.
  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in developing robust methods using NMR, HPLC, GC, MS, and related techniques, with experience in common chromatographic data systems.
  • Personal Qualities: A passion for science, a commitment to personal and team development, and a customer-centric approach.
