As an Analytical Development Scientist at Just Life Sciences, you will be responsible for leading customer projects, ensuring the quality and integrity of analytical data, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

You will develop and integrate new analytical capabilities, develop and validate analytical methods, and apply digital tools to deliver efficient process understanding.

Additionally, you will lead initiatives to improve the analytical team's expertise in advanced methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Chemistry or a related subject, with a PhD advantageous.

They will have broad experience in analytical science, with substantial and proven expertise in the development of pharmaceutical products or related chemical industries.

They will also have expertise in developing scientifically sound and robust methods of analysis, as well as experience in common chromatographic data systems.

An appreciation of synthetic chemistry, physical organic, and/or catalysis would be advantageous.
