We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's residential care home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement care plans for each child, tailored to their unique needs
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a supportive and professional environment
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, families, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and other relevant legislation
- Oversee the daily operations of the Children's Home, ensuring high standards of care
- Previous experience in a managerial role within children's residential care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
- A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives
