- Voluntary Sector Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current trends and challenges in the voluntary sector, ensuring our fundraising efforts are informed and effective.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our fundraising goals and support the overall mission of Altitude-Recruitment Limited.
- Experience: Proven track record in donor engagement, stewardship, and income generation, preferably in a charity or non-profit setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the voluntary sector, grant making, and current trends in philanthropy.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
