Job Title: Business Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join our team at Simpson Millar Solicitors. As a Business Change Manager, you will play a key role in leading and implementing business change initiatives to drive growth and improvement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful implementation of business changes.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure all employees are informed and aligned with business changes.
  • Provide training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to business changes.
  • Conduct business process impact analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business changes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business change management, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools, such as ADKAR or Prosci.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
