About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Team Leader to join our team at The Yorkshire Clinic Private Hospital in Bingley. As a key member of our theatre department, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays
  • Collaborate with theatre managers and other stakeholders to drive sustainable excellence in safety and quality of care
  • Monitor and manage resources, including operational budgets and workforce planning
  • Ensure proactive monitoring and management of all resources available to the department
Requirements
  • ODP level 3 / RN (1) qualification
  • Experience at senior level in a similar role
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards
  • Leadership experience and excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Sound computer skills and knowledge
  • Registered member with the NMC/HCP
