Exciting Opportunity for a Digital PMO Manager

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Digital PMO Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Digital Portfolio Management Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programmes across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Portfolio Delivery Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the portfolio delivery team to ensure effective planning and execution of scope and business case management.
  2. Benefits and Quality Management: Ensure that benefits and quality management processes are in place to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet stakeholder expectations.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the change portfolio, ensuring that cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realisation are controlled and achieved.
  5. Programme and Project Planning: Provide support for strategic demand management through Infrastructure Architecture and Cyber and Governance teams.
  6. Milestone Management, Risk, and Issues: Manage milestones, risks, and issues as part of core project/programme management functions.
  7. Working with Enabling Teams: Collaborate with key enabling teams, such as change management, technical operations, and vendor management, to ensure successful delivery.
