Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule care packages to ensure continuity of care for our clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client and worker inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the team leader to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, workers, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve care delivery and client outcomes.
- Experience as a Care Co-ordinator or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality care services.
