Salary: £32,500 per annum

At The Salad Project, we pride ourselves on being London's premier destination for nutritious meals and a fresh perspective on health and wellness. Since our inception, we have rapidly expanded to five locations, and we are eager to continue our growth.

We believe that our success is rooted in the quality of our food and the dedication of our staff. We are currently seeking an outstanding Culinary Operations Manager to oversee our kitchen team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic environment that offers numerous opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work a 45-hour week
  • Lead a passionate and organized kitchen team
  • Supervise Kitchen Hands and Kitchen Porters
  • Enhance and streamline kitchen operations
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene standards to maintain our 5-star rating
  • Oversee inventory management and resolve stock-related issues
  • Coordinate team schedules, training, and overall well-being
  • Report directly to the Restaurant Manager and Culinary Director
