Job Title: Head of Procurement

Join Talent Drive | B Corp® in this exciting opportunity to lead a small procurement team and drive strategic growth for a UK-based hospitality business.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced procurement leader to define and execute a procurement strategy that controls costs, delivers timely supplies, reduces risk, and adds value to the business.

  • Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with the company’s operational and commercial needs.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, including senior management, customers, and suppliers.
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals to deliver cost avoidance and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Establish processes that support the procurement strategy and ensure rigour in procurement and buying processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Broad indirect category experience, ideally including FM, Linen, and F&B, preferably in a Hospitality, Retail, and/or FMCG environment.
  • Strong capability in analysis and use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Great stakeholder management skills, comfortable in front of customers, suppliers, and senior management.
  • Front-line supplier negotiations and negotiating SLAs and supplier contracts.
  • Delivering cost avoidance and cost reduction experience.
  • Contributing to the development of procurement strategy.
  • Influencing non-direct reports.
  • MCIPS qualified.
