Procurement Leadership Opportunity

Talent Drive | B Corp® is seeking an experienced procurement leader to join our team as Head of Procurement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small procurement team and drive strategic procurement initiatives for a UK-based hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a procurement strategy that controls costs, delivers timely supplies, reduces risk, and adds value to the business.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, including senior management, customers, and suppliers.
  • Define and mitigate supplier and supply risk, ensuring the procurement function is rigorous and effective.
  • Deliver cost avoidance and cost reduction initiatives, contributing to the development of procurement strategy and influencing non-direct reports.
  • Establish processes that support the procurement strategy, ensuring operational excellence and cultural alignment.
Requirements:
  • Broad indirect category experience, ideally including FM, Linen, and some F&B, preferably in a Hospitality, Retail, and/or FMCG environment.
  • Strong capability in analysis and use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Great stakeholder management skills, comfortable in front of customers, suppliers, and senior management.
  • Front-line supplier negotiations and negotiating SLAs and supplier contracts.
  • MCIPS qualified.
Reward and Benefits:

£100K - 120K + 20% Bonus + PMI + Additional Benefits.
