Procurement Leader Opportunity

Talent Drive | B Corp® is seeking an experienced procurement leader to join our team as a Procurement Director. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a small procurement team and developing a procurement strategy that drives value and innovation across indirect, FM, and F&B categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and mitigate supplier and supply risk
  • Develop a procurement strategy that controls costs, delivers timely supplies, reduces risk, and adds value
  • Agree deliverables and metrics to support the strategy, including target cost-down activity and supplier performance metrics against contractual SLAs
  • Ensure rigour in procurement and buying processes
  • Influence a culture change to one that aligns procurement with operational and commercial needs of the business

Requirements:

  • Broad indirect category experience, ideally including FM, Linen, and some F&B, preferably in a Hospitality, Retail, and/or FMCG environment
  • Strong capability in analysis and use of Microsoft Excel
  • Contributing to development of procurement strategy
