About the Role
- To maintain and improve Health and Safety standards, policies, and procedures across our operations.
- Ensure the quality of our waste management services meets the highest standards.
- Contribute to the achievement of operational targets and objectives.
- Promote and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and report quality issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Health and Safety standards and performance on site.
- Inspect production before it leaves the facility.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing loads.
- Manage non-compliance waste and communicate with production and quality teams.
- Assist in investigating accidents and incidents.
- Support the team in achieving site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
