Join Our Team as a Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our teaching staff to provide individualized support to children with complex needs. Your role will involve developing positive relationships with children, supporting their learning and development, and contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to children with SEND, including those with autism, physical disabilities, and SEMH needs
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Support children with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting positive behavior and social skills
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure seamless support
