Requirements

We are looking for adaptable, enthusiastic, and experienced candidates with the personal qualities to connect with and support vulnerable children and young people. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good IT skills, including experience with MS Office, email, and databases
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly when dealing with challenging behaviour
  • A good understanding of child and adolescent development
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • Experience working with children or young people in a residential or educational setting
