About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our team at Ridgewood Court Residential Care Home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents, while also providing leadership and guidance to our care staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
  • Lead a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a residential care setting, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • A current driving license and access to a vehicle, as regular travel between care homes may be required.
