Data Steward Opportunity

Catch Resource Management is seeking a skilled Data Steward to join their Data Management Office (DMO) within the Data Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain high-quality master data associated with business domains
  • Develop and implement data governance policies, processes, and controls to ensure data quality and compliance
  • Collaborate with Product Management and business users to define and communicate data-related business requirements
  • Work with the Product Owners in business units to rationalize data needs and define authoritative sources of data
  • Embed a data-driven mindset across the organization by mentoring and educating data users on data management processes and policies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in data management, archiving, cataloguing, or similar roles
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with creativity in researching data issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and data teams
