About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Strategic Delivery Analyst to join our team at the National Oceanography Centre. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in supporting critical IT services and driving the delivery of strategic IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and enhance critical IT services, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Support the delivery of project workstreams, meeting objectives efficiently.
  • Innovate and drive efficiencies in IT service delivery.
  • Develop and refine IT processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, delivering IT support to the highest standards.
  • Facilitate the handover of new technologies and services to the IT team.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical support for critical business services.
  • Strong task management skills, with a track record of delivering on objectives.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, identity management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Desirable: exposure to IT security technologies, service management tools, and AV/VC technologies.

Location
