Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our On Trade sales teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in analyzing financial scenarios, forecasting outcomes, and identifying trends that add significant value to our business.
- Build and nurture relationships with management teams, providing comprehensive support for the on/off-trade business and essential analysis.
- Examine cost lines deeply, identifying opportunities and understanding associated risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the wider finance function, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and positive change.
- Clear and considered communicator, skilled at simplifying complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and understanding sales functions.
- Adept at challenging assumptions and influencing at all levels, with a strong track record of explaining business case outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to add value to a business, whether through financial gains or process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP or general BI tools is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
