Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our Model Success team at Moody's RMS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of customer requests related to our catastrophe models and products, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for incoming requests, communicating directly with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Closely partner with experienced colleagues to deepen technical understanding and enhance customer outcomes.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge of catastrophe models and products, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Use experience to improve self-serve materials online and contribute to the development of new talent.
- Experience in catastrophe risk modelling industry, with technical expertise in catastrophe models and their usage.
- BS or MS degree in mathematics, engineering, physics, statistics, economics, or related fields.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to travel internationally, as needed.
