Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's exclusive range of specialized flat roofing products.
- Work in a field/home-based capacity covering North West London and surrounding Home Counties.
- Engage with a diverse clientele including Architects, Specifiers, End Users/Building Owners, Local Authorities, Main Contractors, and Approved Contractors.
- Focus primarily on refurbishment projects within the business.
- Oversee project procurement from initiation to completion, emphasizing strong tracking and project management.
- Concentrate on new business development and specification sales.
- Utilize the Company database for information gathering.
- Prepare and conduct CPD seminars and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department, external telesales, and internal teams.
- Work closely with the Technical Department, including Technicians and Administrators, to address technical inquiries and advance detail drawings.
