About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at BTC Electronic Components. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and quotes in accordance with our sales guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Provide support to regional teams as needed, maintaining excellent communication and response times.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless order flow and efficient processing.
  • Manage multiple requests from regional managers, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Enter and manage sales orders, create and send quotes to customers, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal teams, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to meeting sales targets by reporting deviations and providing insights to aid the company's growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features, applying this knowledge to enhance sales support.
  • Maintain organized sales records, including customer information, sales contracts, and invoices.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor open sales orders to ensure timely reservation and dispatch of goods.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and KPIs.
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with intermediate Excel and IT skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Project and time management skills, with the ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience in the aerospace industry is highly valued.
