Adjacency Recruitment Group is partnering with a fantastic business to recruit a HR Advisor. The role involves delivering a proactive, professional, and flexible HR service to all employees, ensuring compliance with client procedures, policies, and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a source of expertise to provide advice, information, and practical support to line managers and employees with HR-related issues.
  • Support line managers with the recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain, operate, and develop HR systems and deliver management information reports when required.
  • Support the performance review process, ensuring consistency and identifying issues.
  • Deliver HR-related training to managers.
  • Manage or contribute to the planning, coordination, management, and delivery of HR projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years' experience working in an HR environment, up-to-date knowledge of current UK employment legislation, and be qualified to CIPD level 5 or equivalent.
