We are thrilled to partner with a prominent organization seeking a HR Consultant to enhance their supportive and dynamic team due to expansion.


In this fast-paced role, you will oversee your designated business unit, allowing you the autonomy to shape your responsibilities. This position is fundamentally focused on achieving both business and personnel goals by delivering a client-centered HR service, backed by high-quality guidance and support, in collaboration with line management.


We aim to attract individuals with a comprehensive HR skill set, particularly those with experience at the advisory level and in managing employee relations casework. Ideally, candidates will hold either a CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer HR guidance, support, and administrative services across the complete spectrum of HR functions, including employee relations.
  • Ensure the HR Information System (HRIS) is up-to-date and provide relevant HR data to senior management.
  • Assist with various project work as needed.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Evaluate policies and suggest improvements within the team.
  • Facilitate the processing of payroll information.
  • Manage salary and bonus review processes.
