Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice and support on employee-related matters
  • Manage cases involving disciplinary actions, grievances, and consultations
  • Promote Health & Wellbeing initiatives and maintain partnerships with service providers
  • Assist in recruitment efforts and handle HR administrative tasks
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with management teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an operational HR setting, with a focus on Employee Relations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Familiarity with current employment laws and regulations
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification is preferred
