Job Title: Adult Community Speciality Doctor in Psychiatry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Grade Psychiatrist to join our team in Portsmouth. As a Staff Grade Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients in the community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake urgent and routine psychiatric assessments
  • Liaise with GPs regarding service users' medical monitoring results
  • Liaise with other parts of the service and GPs and non-NHS organisations wherever applicable
  • Ensure effective and timely documentation and communication of clinical decision making and management plans
  • Support the Consultant Psychiatrists in complex case management

Requirements:

  • Full GMC licence to practice
  • Experience in psychiatry in the UK
