Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Grade Psychiatrist to join our team at National Locums. As a key member of our crisis resolution psychiatry team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric services to patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake urgent and routine psychiatric assessments, utilizing your expertise to make informed decisions about patient care.
  • Liaise with general practitioners (GPs) to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and organizations to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Support consultant psychiatrists in complex case management, leveraging your skills and experience to drive positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Hold a full GMC license to practice.
  • Have experience in psychiatry in the UK, with a strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape.
