About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Advanced Analytics Analyst to join our team at Barclays Bank UK PLC. As an Advanced Analytics Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving customer experiences through data-driven insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics models to drive business decisions and improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights to inform business strategy.
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
