We are expanding and seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be provided with your own desk to service a database of clients, along with the autonomy to develop and grow your desk.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Children's Homes and Specialist Education Providers to deliver recruitment services as needed
- Advertise roles across job boards and social media, and perform real recruiting via referrals to attract top candidates
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and ensure candidates are compliant and ready for work
- Engage in sales and business development with current and potential clients
- Maintain long-term relationships with all business parties
- Visit schools and assess their recruitment requirements
- Ensure a high standard of service is always delivered
