Are you a motivated Account Manager with a strong interest in digital marketing and a commitment to assisting clients in reaching their marketing goals? This position may be the right fit for you.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Account Management team to provide an outstanding client experience and contribute to the growth of our clients' businesses by leveraging our expertise in digital marketing and the specific industries in which our clients operate.

Role Overview

Your responsibilities will include:

# Assisting in the effective management of client accounts in accordance with Mediaworks' standards and quality expectations.

# Supporting the Client Services team in executing digital marketing campaigns and creative projects for clients across diverse sectors such as retail, finance, healthcare, and more.

# Coordinating the efforts of internal teams to consistently deliver value to our clients and enhance the impact we have on their businesses.

# Managing stakeholder expectations at each client interaction by efficiently organizing and communicating meetings and progress updates.

# Establishing trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, while understanding their market and business requirements.

# Striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will ideally possess:

# At least one year of experience in a client-facing or digital marketing role, preferably within an agency setting.

# Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including PPC and SEO.

# A natural talent for building strong relationships.

# Problem-solving skills and a willingness to support and learn from others.

# Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

# Strong analytical abilities to interpret and assess commercial data.

# A genuine desire for continuous learning through training and personal development opportunities.

# A positive attitude and a readiness to assist colleagues while fostering a collaborative team environment.
