- Oversee a portfolio of corporate clients utilizing Arctic Wolf's CyberSOC solution
- Meet renewal and growth objectives through strategic consultative selling
- Engage with clients to gather insights and relay feedback to the organization
- Ensure client satisfaction through the delivery of regular account assessments
- Facilitate negotiations to promote additional Arctic Wolf service offerings
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients in formulating growth strategies
- Organize and prioritize numerous tasks to effectively address client concerns
- Develop risk management strategies to retain clients at risk of churn
Essential Skills:
