Position Overview

The Robotics Program Coordinator will be responsible for guiding students and mentors throughout the FIRST Lego League experience. This role involves a variety of essential functions aimed at fostering a collaborative and educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the FIRST Lego League program.
  • Collaborate with the Natrona County School District's FIRST Robotics partner.
  • Participate in monthly communications with FIRST partners.
  • Engage with teams and mentors consistently during the season.
  • Manage inquiries and communications regarding the program.
  • Assist in the organization and logistics of the FLL tournament, including setup and teardown.
  • Lead the annual FLL Explore tournament festival.
  • Support the FLL Challenge tournament as needed.
  • Coordinate training and scheduling for volunteers and judges involved in events.
  • Attend four partner meetings each year to ensure alignment and collaboration.
