Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Set Healthcare Ltd. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a quality dispensing and supplies service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispensing Medications: You will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications to patients, ensuring that all prescriptions are filled correctly and efficiently.
  • Medicine Stock Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of medicine stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring that all medicines are stored and handled correctly.
  • Reception Duties: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, answering queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ward and Department Visits: You will be responsible for visiting wards and departments to collect and deliver medicines, ensuring that all medicines are delivered to the correct location and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Supporting Operational Services: You will work closely with the pharmacy team to support the delivery of operational services, including implementing developments to meet the needs of patients.
Requirements
  • No prior hospital experience is required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
