  • Establish and nurture effective working relationships between clients and the Bilfinger team to facilitate clear communication and understanding of materials and logistics activities throughout project execution.
  • Oversee the complete movement of materials, from receiving stock from suppliers and Bilfinger's fabrication facilities to delivering materials to the required site locations in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all material documentation is meticulously maintained and updated, guaranteeing that quality and stock records are accurate at all times.
  • Identify and address any stock discrepancies, material quality concerns, and delays with external parties, ensuring prompt resolution of issues to mitigate potential project delays and costs.
  • Develop and implement enhancements to the management of stock and material movement to ensure efficient, just-in-time logistics operations.
  • Supervise Stores personnel to ensure that all materials, storage, and logistics activities align with project requirements.
  • Promote excellent housekeeping and safe working practices at all times, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations in all work areas.
  • Manage and ensure the upkeep of Plant & Equipment to guarantee safe usage at all times.
