About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at BAM Nuttall. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Programme Management: Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring effective planning and control.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operational teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Commercial and Contractual Matters: Assist with commercial and contractual matters, including tendering and contract administration.
  • Supply Chain Management: Evaluate and manage supply chain and subcontract programmes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain project reports, including programme information and analytical assessments.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A qualification in civil engineering to HND level or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in construction project management, with a good understanding of commercial and contractual matters.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in an ordered fashion and communicate effectively.
  • Software: Competency in the use of P6 (preferable) and other project management software.
