About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Lead to join our team at Rullion. As a Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the formulation and upkeep of essential supply chain and procurement strategies, standards, procedures, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage and maintain procurement processes and procedures
- Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective supply chain management
- Implement Continuous Business Improvement (CBI) and Learning from Experience (LFE) initiatives
- Take ownership of procurement system performance and reporting
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant supply chain field
- Experience of working within the Nuclear industry
- Demonstrable experience at senior leadership level, with a proven track record of setting strategic objectives to a successful delivery
- Leadership skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Relevant professional accreditation preferred
