About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Lead to join our team at Rullion. As a Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the formulation and upkeep of essential supply chain and procurement strategies, standards, procedures, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  2. Manage and maintain procurement processes and procedures
  3. Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective supply chain management
  5. Implement Continuous Business Improvement (CBI) and Learning from Experience (LFE) initiatives
  6. Take ownership of procurement system performance and reporting

Requirements:

  1. Degree or equivalent in a relevant supply chain field
  2. Experience of working within the Nuclear industry
  3. Demonstrable experience at senior leadership level, with a proven track record of setting strategic objectives to a successful delivery
  4. Leadership skills
  5. Stakeholder management skills
  6. Relevant professional accreditation preferred
