We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our team at Antella Travel Recruitment. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for booking travel arrangements for leisure and business clients, up-selling ancillary products, and developing a client base through excellent customer service and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking travel arrangements for leisure and business clients
- Up-selling and adding on of ancillary products, including car hire, insurance, and airport parking

- Meeting and exceeding set sales and performance targets
Requirements:
- Previous travel sales experience is preferred, although we will consider sales-driven professionals from other industries
- Good clear telephone manner, rapport, and closing skills
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
Remuneration and Benefits:
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a guaranteed salary of £30,000 for two years, plus commission opportunities up to £50,000 uncapped. Our client is a leading travel company in the UK, specializing in selling travel to leisure and business travelers worldwide.
