Cruise Sales Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known cruise company as a sales-driven professional. As a Cruise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for taking enquires over the phone and email for worldwide cruise holidays, switch selling to different dates or cabins, and converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings. You will need to be flexible to work shifts including weekends, in return is a competitive starting salary of circa £24,000 pa with uncapped OTE of £60k - 80k pa along with benefits such as educational cruise trips, travel discounts and much more.

Key Responsibilities:
Taking enquires over the phone and email for worldwide cruise holidays
Switch selling to different dates or cabins
Converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings
Reaching and exceeding sales targets to earn commission
Ability to identify and act on up selling opportunities
Sales through service, be passionate, genuine and pro-active to your clients
