Employed Fitness Coach and Self-employed Personal Trainer.
Initially, you will be employed on a part-time basis (12 hours per week) as a Fitness Coach, completing three 4-hour shifts, accompanied by a monthly salary.
Our organization is committed to fostering management career development programs, equipping you with the leadership skills necessary for your career advancement.
In addition to your employed hours as a Fitness Coach, you will have the opportunity to operate your self-employed Personal Training business within the gym, providing access to a wealth of potential clients from our existing and new members. Our dedicated PT Business Support team is available to assist you in establishing and growing a successful personal training enterprise.
Role Overview for Fitness Coach:
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with members, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience during each visit. This includes upholding cleanliness standards, interacting with gym-goers, leading inductions, and conducting engaging group exercise sessions.
