Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of our client accounts, ensuring all projects are channelled efficiently through the agency and delivered to the client on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in the overall running of the account
- Manage agency process, ensuring all projects are channelled efficiently through the agency and delivered to the client on time and on budget
- Be proactive and have good time management skills
- Be knowledgeable about competitors and any news within the industry, circulating to the internal agency team
- Manage all admin on your accounts – filing, saving work down, keeping reports up to date, opening job bags etc.
- Take responsibility for feeding in amends – to the creative team / studio / design / digital, sending the work back to the client in a timely fashion

- Provide support to your team and ensure all admin is up to date
- Assist in the management of production across all accounts including TV, print and digital
- Help brief in creative / design / post-production
- Handle client feedback with your Account Manager
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You will also need to be proactive and have a good understanding of the creative industry.
