Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Oversee Daily Operations:

Manage the daily functions of the hospitality service to ensure seamless and effective operations.

Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company protocols.

Excellence in Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Encourage a welcoming and positive environment for guests.

Quality Assurance:

Supervise and uphold the quality of service and presentation standards.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness of facilities.

Problem Resolution:

Tackle operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Handle guest complaints and feedback, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

Operational Assistance:

Support various tasks as required, including food and beverage service, event preparation, and housekeeping duties.

Be ready to assist the broader catering team as necessary.
