About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team at E-Frontiers. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in managing the contractual and employment aspects of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the contractual and employment side of HR, ensuring seamless transitions from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain accurate people data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Stay updated and ensure compliance with European regulations and employment laws.
  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management on all employment-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in HR with a focus on contractual and employment matters.
  • Proven experience managing people data and ensuring data protection compliance.
  • Experience with employee migration, including international relocations and new employment contracts.
  • Ability to work on-site, 5 days a week.
