**Senior HR Business Partner**

E-Frontiers is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing the contractual and employment aspects of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Contract Management**: Oversee the contractual and employment side of HR, ensuring seamless transitions from recruitment to onboarding.
  • **Data Management**: Manage and maintain accurate people data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • **Employee Migration**: Handle the migration process for candidates moving between countries and transitioning to new employment contracts.
  • **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated and ensure compliance with European regulations and employment laws.
  • **Strategic Support**: Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management on all employment-related matters.
  • **Policy Development**: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and initiatives.
Key Qualifications
  • **HR Experience**: Extensive experience in HR with a focus on contractual and employment matters.
  • **Regulatory Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of European employment regulations and laws.
  • **Data Management**: Proven experience managing people data and ensuring data protection compliance.
  • **Employee Migration**: Experience with employee migration, including international relocations and new employment contracts.
  • **Industry Background**: Background in the construction industry in a similar role.
  • **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
