Desktop Support Analyst - Bank in the City

Our client, a leading international bank, is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join their team in the City of London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to around 130 users across several countries in Europe, with a focus on hardware builds, software installations, and user training.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting data-centre and branch inter-connectivity, with experience in Cisco and Microsoft platforms.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with the Service Support Team to ensure seamless support
  • Documenting and tracking issues to ensure follow-up and resolution

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of £45K - £50K.
